Upon graduation from the physical therapy academy in The Netherlands, Rob spent time in medical research before moving to the United States in 1987. After initially working as a therapist at a rehabilitation clinic in the Chicago area, he worked for a law firm in foreign recruitment and started a contract services business. Following this Rob developed and managed a private practice in Chicago. His interest in working for a larger organization drove him to Baxter International and later its spin off Caremark Orthopedic Services. While working as a Regional Director, Rob earned his MBA from Keller Graduate School of Business. During 1993 and 1994 Rob was the Area Vice–President for NovaCare’s Contract Services Division out of Denver Colorado. Following this he was recruited back to Caremark for a brief period after which he became one of the founders of Matrix Rehabilitation, an outpatient rehabilitation provider based in Dallas, Texas. Rob helped create a 200 clinic network in 14 states through acquisitions and start-up locations. During this time he also managed a third party payer network and several occupational medicine facilities.
After seven years and the sale of Matrix, Rob took the opportunity to join Millennium Rehab & Consulting Group. Initially, as COO he helped grow the company by adding several outpatient clinics and expanding the services in long-term care and home health. Currently as Part-Owner/CEO, with a passion for business development, Rob plans for continued steady growth through the development of Millennium’s associates and customer relations.

Holly graduated from St. Ambrose University in 1996 with a BS in Occupational Therapy and a BS in Psychology. She began her Occupational Therapy career in rural Iowa, providing services across many settings. As her career progressed, Holly became more specialized in Outpatient Therapy and the management of clinical operations. She also became a Certified Lymphedema Therapist and completed additional training for many upper quadrant conditions. The last couple of years, Holly has been working on the development of rehabilitation programs in Assisted Living and Independent Living Facilities throughout Iowa.
Holly joined the Millennium Therapy team in March of 2019. Her 22+ years of experience in treatment delivery, program oversight, and rehabilitation program administration gives a very valuable and broad perspective in the delivery of Occupational, Physical and Speech Therapy in Iowa's most rural communities. Holly understands the nuances of delivering rehabilitation in health care shortage areas and the uniqueness of therapy delivery in many settings including critical access hospitals, home health agencies, direct home visits, skilled nursing facilities, daycare centers, outpatient clinics attached to skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation agencies and at free standing clinics. With Millennium, she is using this knowledge and understanding of the unique differences, coverage criteria, documentation requirements and administrative rules applying to each of the above settings to develop and expand the programs and services available to Millennium Therapy communities and clients.
Holly is a current Board Member of the Iowa Physical and Occupational Therapy Licensing Board. She values her position and the opportunity to make a difference in the oversight of Occupational and Physical Therapy practitioners. There are many changes happening in health care right now and she seeks regulatory rule input to ensure practice rules apply to and make allowances for the nuances of providing therapy services in all Iowa settings.
Jennie Nalley, PHR, SHRM-CP

Jennie joined Millennium in February of 2007. Prior to Millennium Jennie worked for A&M Laundry, Denman & Associations, Two Rivers Marketing and Kavalier and Associates. She gained valuable experience in accounting, human resources and supervising and achieved her certificate in Banking and Financial Services during this time. This helped her to quickly grow with her responsibilities at Millennium.
While at Millennium, Jennie gained her certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and the Society of Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification and is a member of the local and national SHRM (Society for Human Resources Management) and HCI (Human Capital Institute), both known for their knowledge in human resources.
Jennie has helped Millennium establish online payroll, time keeping and benefit management as well as several IT systems and management tools. Jennie assists in the growth of Millennium by creating systems and procedures for all aspects of Human Resources as well as other areas of the company. She works tirelessly with third party organizations and vendors to manage our ever growing workforce. In addition she has been instrumental in revamping and implementing employee benefits, payroll, timekeeping and recruiting. She has helped to ensure her department is staying up to date on electronic records and all areas of human resources.
While running a strong Human Resources Department, Jennie and her staff are key to the growth of the company and with her ability to quickly adapt to change, Jennie is looking forward to the changes and challenges that lie ahead with our company and industry.
Stacy Young MS, CCC/SLP

Stacy earned her undergraduate degree in Speech and Hearing Science from the University of Iowa and her Master’s Degree in Communication Disorders from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. She practiced largely in long term care and hospital based settings.
Stacy joined Millennium in February 2005. Since then she has expanded her clinical skills in the areas of outpatient care, home health and endoscopic swallowing evaluations. In 2009 Stacy took on a management role with the company. This allowed her to meet with Millennium staff across the state and provide education about clinical skills, Medicare regulations, and reimbursement issues.
In 2018, Stacy spearheaded the initiation of a mobile FEES program. This allowed for all Millennium contracts and clinics to have access to instrumental swallow studies. Stacy is proud to be part of a growing team that values its employees and provides many opportunities for professional growth.
